Why this work exists
Most remodel and new-build problems don’t come from bad builders or bad products. They come from missing conversations early on.
Decisions about insulation, air sealing, HVAC, and ventilation are often made in isolation. Once construction starts, fixing those gaps gets expensive—or impossible.
My role is to catch those gaps before they become problems.

I’ve spent decades working around residential construction, energy systems, and building performance. I’ve seen the same issues repeat—across budgets, builders, and regions.

Those patterns are predictable. And preventable—if someone looks at the whole system early enough.
